The team and our values

At the hotel as well as the restaurant, Laura Chevallier and her teams bring back to life with brilliance and attention this family house. A common energy is deployed to recreate the experience and atmosphere of an exceptional place, at the gates of Chambord and a few kilometers from Blois

 

Drawing on her beautiful Parisian experiences, Laura is keen to make your stay in her establishment a pleasant one. We are determined to search, select and prioritize local and independent producers, appellations and flavors that make each dish unique.

 

Our goal is to enhance local products and highlight the know-how of our producers by offering dishes that reflect the richness of our terroir.
